Please read carefully to ensure you fully understand our policies. Payment Terms All payments are required upfront to secure your booking. For installment plans, automated payments will be deducted as per the agreed billing cycle. Failure to make payments may result in service suspension or cancellation. Commitment Policy Clients enrolling in multi-session packages or memberships are committing to the full duration of the program. Early cancellations do not qualify for refunds, and clients remain responsible for the full payment. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Show Policy Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours will forfeit their session payment. Deposits for appointments are non-refundable. Refund Policy Awaken Goddess Rituals does not offer refunds for completed services, including life coaching, tarot readings, Reiki, or other consultations. Refunds are only applicable to physical products if damaged upon receipt, excluding shipping fees. Service Details and Confidentiality Our services, including coaching, readings, and consultations, are designed to provide guidance and support. All sessions are private and confidential.
